摘要: 杨房沟水电站枢纽区高边坡危岩体量多面广,地质灾害危险性评估级别为一级,稳定性差。为保证枢纽施工安全,需对高位危岩体展开治理。高位岩体治理施工难度大,安全风险高。在EPC设计施工总承包模式下,设计及施工技术人员通过现场踏勘采取综合措施,比如开挖清除破碎岩体、锚杆支护浅层裂隙岩体、挂网混凝土、主被动防护网,保证了枢纽区自然边坡岩体稳定,实现了高边坡治理安全零事故目标,有效保障了工程安全。

Abstract: The construction of Yangfanggou Hydropower Station was threatened by wide distributed dangerous rocks at high location area, which was evaluated as grade I in the geological risk assessment. For ensuring the safety of construction, treatment for high elevation dangerous rock was necessary. Under the EPC construction mode, the designers and construction staff carried out in-situ exploration and survey, and several measures were adopted such as clearing scattered rock, supporting the shallow fractured rock by cables, spraying concrete with reinforcing net and active or passive protection measures. These measures were proved to be effective and helps to realize none accident.
