水资源利用与经济发展脱钩分析——以广西北部湾经济区为例

摘要： 应用Tapio脱钩模型，对广西北部湾经济区2007~2015年的水资源利用与经济发展脱钩程度、时序演变和空间发展规律进行了定量评价和综合分析。分析结果显示：广西北部湾经济区的水资源利用与经济增长总体上经历了弱脱钩-强脱钩-弱脱钩-扩张性耦合-强脱钩等几个阶段，而且该地区水资源利用的各项指标与经济增长之间的关系是以弱脱钩为主，经济发展对水资源的利用仍然存在着冲击；广西北部湾经济区内的各个城市多数处于弱脱钩状态，在近9 a中，2011年和2012年的经济发展对水资源利用产生的压力最高，北海市在强脱钩和弱脱钩之间徘徊，南宁市、防城港市和钦州市内部存在的差异较明显。

Abstract: Based on Tapio decoupling model, degree of decoupling between water resources utilization and economic development, temporal evolution process and spatial development laws from 2007 to 2015 in Beibu Gulf economic zone are analyzed quantitatively and comprehensively. The results show that for the relation of water resources utilization and economic development, it generally went through stages of weak decoupling - strong decoupling- weak decoupling-expansionary coupling - strong decoupling. Each indicator of regional water resources utilization were in weak decoupling relationship with economic development, but economic development still had great impacts on water resources utilization. Most of cities in the Beibu Gulf economic zone were in weak decoupling, and during the past nine years, the water resources utilization were under significant pressure by the economic development in 2011 and 2012. Beihai hovered between strong decoupling and weak decoupling, differences were quite evident among Nanning, Fanggang and Qinzhou.
