摘要: 洪泽湖地区进入梅汛期后多阵雨,局部暴雨,受洪泽湖及行洪河道高水顶托影响,洪泽湖周边滞洪区内涝水外排困难,常遇洪涝灾害。为了科学合理地分析暴雨内涝导致的洪涝风险,建立了一、二维耦合的水动力学模型,并基于WebGIS技术,构建了B/S架构的洪泽湖周边滞洪区暴雨内涝预报预警系统。系统可实时在线滚动显示雨量及关注点水位,进行实时或模拟超标洪水预警,对于保障洪泽湖周边滞洪区的防洪安全,加强淮河下游地区洪涝灾害风险管理具有重要意义。

Abstract: There are multi showers and local rainstorms in Hongze Lake area in plum rain season. Backwater from high water of Hongze Lake and flood discharge rivers bring about the difficulty to drain out the rainstorm waterlogging. Consequently, flood disaster occurs frequently in Hongze Lake detention basin. In order to analyze the flood risk caused by rainstorm waterlogging scientifically and rationally, an 1D and 2D coupled hydrodynamic model is built. Basing on WebGIS, a B/S structured Hongze Lake detention basin rainstorm waterlogging forecasting and pre-warning system is established. The system can real time display rainfall and monitor water level variation online, pre-warn over-level flood, which is of great significance to ensure the flood control safety of Hongze lake detention basin and control flood risk in the downstream region of the Huaihe River.
