摘要: 雅砻江杨房沟水电站地下洞室群施工布置紧凑,地质条件较为复杂、开挖支护工程量大。在施工过程中,根据实际揭露的地质条件及时优化支护参数、调整开挖方法,形成了设计、施工、监测反馈快速响应体系,顺利完成了厂房开挖。同时结合现场实际,积极采取改进设备和优化工艺等有效措施,极大降低了安全风险,加快了施工进度。监测成果显示,围岩变形始终控制在允许范围之内,开挖完成后,主副厂房围岩变形趋于稳定,在受不良地质条件及增加支护等情况影响下,仍顺利实现提前6个月向混凝土转序。

Abstract: The underground caverns of Yangfanggou Hydropower Station on Yalong River have compact construction arrangement, complicated geological conditions and large amount of excavation and support. In the process of construction, according to the actual geological conditions, we optimized the supporting parameters in time and adjusted the excavation method, establishing a rapid response system of design, construction and monitoring feedback, which successfully help completed the powerhouse excavation. At the same time, the effective measures such as applying advanced equipment and optimizing the technology were carried out in combination with the field practice, which greatly reduced the safety risk and accelerated the construction progress. The monitoring results showed that the surrounding rock deformation was always controlled within the allowable range. After the excavation, the surrounding rock deformation of the main and auxiliary workshop tended to stabilize. Even under the influence of poor geological conditions and increased support, 6 months ahead of schedule to start concrete pouring was successfully realized.
