摘要: 为提高隧道大变形预测精度,先利用ARMA模型、三次指数平滑模型和GM(1,1)模型等单项预测模型进行预测,再利用多种线性和非线性组合方法实现了隧道大变形的初步组合预测,并在递进组合预测和混沌优化预测的基础上,构建了隧道大变形集成组合预测模型,实现了隧道大变形的综合预测。同时,提出利用M-K检验来判断隧道大变形的发展趋势,以验证预测结果的准确性。实例验证结果表明:各类初步组合预测模型均能不同程度地提高预测精度,而递进组合预测能很好地优化残差序列,达到提高预测精度的目的,即集成预测模型在隧道大变形中具较高的预测精度;同时,变形预测结果与趋势判断结果一致,均得出隧道大变形趋于不稳定方向发展的规律,相互佐证了各自分析结果的准确性,为隧道变形防治提供了参考依据。

Abstract: In order to improve the prediction accuracy of tunnel large deformation, ARMA model, cubic exponential smoothing model and GM (1,1) model were firstly used as single prediction model to predict deformation respectively. Then a variety of linear and non-linear combination models were used to realize the preliminary combination prediction. On the basis of progressive combination prediction and chaotic optimization prediction, an integrated combination prediction model for large deformation of tunnels was established to realize the comprehensive prediction. Meanwhile, M-K test was proposed to judge the development trend of tunnel large deformation, so as to verify the accuracy of prediction results. Engineering prediction results showed that all kinds of preliminary combined prediction models can improve the forecasting accuracy in varying degrees, and progressive combined prediction model can optimize the residual sequence and achieve the purpose of improving the forecasting accuracy, that is, the integrated prediction model has a high forecasting accuracy in tunnel large deformation prediction. At the same time, the results of deformation prediction are consistent with those of trend judgment. It is concluded that the large deformation of the tunnel tends to develop in an unstable direction, which corroborates the accuracy of the analysis results, and provides a reference for disaster prevention and control.
