摘要: 塑性混凝土墙被广泛应用于工业污染场地修复工程。污染场地中重金属铅离子普遍存在,铅离子一方面会对塑性混凝土中水泥的水化和碳化反应产生影响,另一方面会对塑性混凝土中膨润土-污染液的相互作用产生影响,进而影响塑性混凝土墙的强度和渗透性。以水泥、膨润土、砂和铅离子溶液制成的塑性混凝土为研究对象,开展了铅离子浓度对不同龄期塑性混凝土强度、渗透性和理化性质指标(pH和电导率)的试验研究。结果表明:在相同养护龄期时,随着铅离子浓度的增加,塑性混凝土强度和pH不断减小,电导率和渗透系数不断增大;在相同铅离子浓度作用下,随着养护龄期的增加,塑性混凝土强度不断增大,pH、电导率和渗透系数不断减小;在不同铅离子浓度条件下,发现养护龄期为7,14 d和28 d的塑性混凝土强度、渗透系数分别与pH和电导率之比呈现较好的指数函数关系。

Abstract: Plastic concrete cutoff walls are widely used in the remediation of industrial contaminated sites.Considering the universal existence of lead ions in contaminated sites,the hydration-carbonation reaction of cement and the bentonite-contamination solution interaction are both affected by lead ion,further the strength and permeability of plastic concrete cutoff walls are affected by lead ion.Plastic concrete composed of cement,bentonite,sand and lead ion solution was taken as the research object to study the influence of different lead ion concentrations and curing ages on the unconfined compressive strength,permeability and physical and chemical properties (pH and conductivity) of plastic concrete.The results showed that at the same curing age,the strength and pH of the plastic concrete decreased with increasing of lead ion concentration,while the conductivity and permeability coefficient of the plastic concrete increased.At the same lead ion concentration,the strength of the plastic concrete increased with the curing age,and the pH,conductivity and permeability coefficient decreased with the curing age.Under different lead ion concentrations and curing age conditions (7d,14d an 28d),the strength and permeability of the concrete showed a good exponential relationship with ratio of pH to conductivity,respectively.
