摘要: 丰满水电站重建工程新坝基础爆破开挖过程中,爆破振动控制及老发电厂房运行安全等问题的解决尤为迫切。采用高速摄影和声波测试等爆破控制技术,分析研究了爆破飞石轨迹、岩体爆破损伤等问题,为爆破方案选择及爆破参数优化提供了依据。结果表明,采取合理的爆破工艺措施在满足施工强度和爆破质量要求的同时,确保了老发电厂房运行及机械设备的安全。

Abstract:
In blasting excavation of dam foundation of the new Fengman Hydropower Station, the most pressing problem is to control blasting vibration for ensuring safe operation of the old powerhouses. By the means of blasting control techniques like high-speed photography and acoustic testing, the trajectory of blasted flying-stone and rock mass damage are analyzed to provide basis for the selection of blasting schemes and optimization of blasting parameters. The results show that reasonable selection of blasting techniques can meet the requirements of construction intensity and blasting quality and ensure the safety of old powerhouse operation and mechanical equipment.
