摘要: 南水北调中线一期工程现运行采取以需定供的供水方式,此供水方式面临用水户临时分水变化的情况。为此,提出了一种基于控制蓄量法的渠系运行方式,该方式可以充分利用渠道自身体积调蓄能力,快速响应各种非计划的分水、退水流量变化,减少沿线需要参与调节的节制闸数量。该方法包括蓄泄运行周期判断、可调蓄体积分析和节制闸日过闸流量生成3个部分。以南水北调中线一期工程陶岔渠首—北拒马河节制闸的渠段为模拟对象进行了验证,结果表明:该运行方式可以满足中线总干渠安全运行和高效控制的要求,提高了总干渠控制系统的灵活性和稳定性,对于大型渠系的复杂分水条件有较好的适用性。

Abstract: Considering the current operation mode of demand-oriented water supply adopted by the phaseⅠworks of Middle Route Project of South-to-North Water Diversion and the problem of temporary water demand changes of water users, a canal system operation mode based on controlled water storage method is put forward, which can make full use of the canal storage capacity to quickly respond to unscheduled outflow changes, and minimize the check gates number in operation. The method includes three parts, namely, cycle determination of canal storage and release, adjustable canal storage volume analysis and daily discharge calculation passing through the check gate. The method is validated against the reach from Taocha check gate to Beijuma check gate in Hebei Province, the phaseⅠworks of Middle Route Project of South-to-North Water Diversion. The results show that the proposed operation mode can satisfy the safe and high-efficient operation requirements of the main canal of the middle route project, as well as improve the flexibility and stability of the canal control system, so that it can be applied to large canal systems with complicated flow conditions.
