Abstract: Under the background of ecological civilization construction and Yangtze River protection in the new era,on the basis of analyzing the current status of ecological flow supervision and management in the Yangtze River Basin,the practice work on investigation analysis and remote monitoring of ecological flow in the Yangtze River Basin was carried out.Aiming at the problems of unclear laws and regulations,unreasonable management and control requirements,inadequate monitoring and control systems,and insufficient safeguard measures in the management practice process,we proposed improvement measures and suggestions such as accelerating ecological flow law enforcement supervision,scientifically determining the ecological flow control targets,strengthening ecological flow supervision and monitoring,and standardizing water energy development,which provide ideas and references for the development of ecological flow supervision and management in the whole Yangtze River Basin.
