南水北调亦庄调节池浮游植物时空变化分析

Temporal and spatial variations of phytoplankton in Yizhuang storage pond of South-to-North Water Diversion Project

摘要: 为保障南水北调亦庄调节池水生态环境安全稳定,于2021年1~8月进行了调节池浮游植物监测,采用Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、Margalef丰富度指数和Pielou均匀度指数分析了浮游植物的时空变化规律。结果表明:研究共发现浮游植物7门135种,绿藻门和硅藻门是主要门类,种类数占比分别达到45%和30%;调节池输配水状态发生改变后,在6月出现浮游植物异常增殖现象,浮游植物密度达到1 350万cells/L,蓝藻门浮游植物占绝大多数。浮游植物空间分布上,调节池各区域之间的浮游植物密度分布差异较大,在水流缓滞区域,浮游植物密度明显高于其他区域。亦庄调节池浮游植物的Shannon-Wiener多样性指数处于1.0~3.0之间,Margalef丰富度指数在0.5~2.0之间变化,Pielou均匀度指数稳定在0.5左右。

Abstract: In order to ensure the security and stabilization of water ecological environment in Yizhuang storage pond, the phytoplankton in the pond were monitored from January to August 2021, and Shannon-Wiener diversity index, Margalef richness index, Pielou evenness index were used to analyze the temporal and spatial variation of phytoplankton. The results showed that 135 kinds of phytoplankton in 7 phyla were found. Chlorophyta and bacillariophyta were the main phyla, accounting for 45% and 30% of the total species respectively. After the state of water supply in Yizhuang storage pond changed, the phenomenon of phytoplankton abnormal proliferation appeared in June, and the phytoplankton density reached 13.5 million cells/L, cyanophyta dominating. The spatial variation of phytoplankton density was significantly different in the pond. In the slow flowing zone, the phytoplankton density was significantly higher than other areas. The Shannon-Wiener diversity index of phytoplankton in Yizhuang storage pond ranged from 1 to 3, the Margalef richness index varied from 0.5 to 2.0, and Pielou evenness index was stable at about 0.5. The research results can provide support for normal and stable operation of Yizhuang storage pond.
