摘要: 甘肃陇南燕儿沟在历史上多次发生重大泥石流灾害,为了有效地减少泥石流造成的损失,对该区域采取了一系列的工程和生物治理措施,并采用层次分析法和工程检验对泥石流防治工程效果进行了评价。研究结果表明:燕儿沟泥石流治理采用“上游及中游5座拦挡坝+下游300m排导沟+排导沟内15道防冲底槛+沟口清淤+500亩坡改梯、1 500亩水保防护林和种草上中下游统筹”的治理方案,采用层次分析法对泥石流治理工程评价和工程检验均证明燕儿沟泥石流治理进行的工程效果较好。

Abstract: Many major debris flow disasters had happened in history in Yan′ergou gully, south Gansu Province. In order to reduce the losses caused by debris flow, a series of engineering and biological controlling measures were adopted, i,e., construction of five retaining dams in upper and middle reaches of the valley, 300m drainage channels with 15 anti-scouring sills in lower reach, silt dredging at gully mouth, ladder farmland reformation of 500 acres and water conservation forest cultivation of 1500 acres. The analytic hierarchy process and engineering inspection are used to evaluate the prevention effect and the analysis results show that the treatment effect is good.
