摘要: 生态敏感性分析研究对于制定区域环境政策与发展规划,有效进行环境管理与保护具有重要意义。贵州省贵安新区为国家级新区,及时对新区生态环境现状进行分析评价,对其绿色开发意义重大。选取土壤侵蚀、植被、水源涵养、岩性、水系因子、坡度6个生态环境因子,运用加权叠加法和单因子分析法,借助ArcGIS技术获取了贵安新区各环境生态敏感性的空间分布状况;再利用综合分析法得到贵安新区综合生态敏感性空间分布状况。根据分析结果,确定了生态敏感性极度敏感、高度敏感、中度敏感、轻度敏感与不敏感5个区域的分布情况,根据不同敏感性等级提出相应开发与保护的建议,可为区域决策制定者提供参考。

Abstract: Ecological sensitivity analysis is of great significance to formulating regional environmental policy and development plan and carrying out environmental management and protection effectively. Gui’an New Area, Guiyang , Guizhou Province is a state-level new area. A timely assessment on its eco-environment is of great significance to its green development. Six eco-environmental factors of soil erosion, vegetation, water conservation, lithology, water system and slope are selected for ecological sensitivity analysis. By employing the weighted superposition method and single factor analysis method, the spatial distribution of ecological sensitivity of the new area is obtained with ArcGIS technology. Furthermore, the spatial distribution of comprehensive ecological sensitivity of Gui’an New Area is obtained by the comprehensive analysis method. According to the analysis results, the five levels distribution for ecological sensitive zones (extremely sensitivity, highly sensitivity, moderate sensitivity, mild sensitivity and insensitivity) is determined. The corresponding development and protection suggestions for different ecological sensitive zones are put forward to provide reference for decision making.
