摘要: 2020年,长江发生了新中国成立以来仅次于1954,1998年的流域性大洪水。长江干流发生5次编号洪水。其中,长江上游发生特大洪水,寸滩站洪峰水位居实测记录第2位,三峡水库出现建库以来最大入库流量;鄱阳湖发生流域性超历史大洪水;长江中下游干流监利至大通江段洪峰水位列有实测记录以来的第2~5位,马鞍山至镇江江段潮位超历史。详细分析了2020年暴雨洪水特征,深入剖析了洪水成因,初步探讨了长江中下游防洪形势新变化及新需求,以期为今后长江洪水防御工作提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract: A basin-wide flood occurred in Yangtze River Basin in 2020, which was just smaller than the flood in 1954 and 1998. Five numbered floods occurred in the main stream of the Yangtze River, and catastrophic flood occurred in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River. Height of water level of flood peak of Cutan station ranked the second in history records, the inflow of the Three Gorges Reservoir exceeded historical value. Flood in the Poyang Lake Basin exceeded the historical value, and water levels of the flood peak from Jianli station to Datong station ranked from the second to the fifth in history records. Tide levels from Ma'anshan to Zhenjiang River exceeded the historical value. Based on analysis about the development process of the rainstorm and flood in 2020, characteristics of that were summarized. Then, changes and requirements of flood control situation for the middle and low reach of Yangtze River were proposed, which is conductive to future flood control in the Yangtze River.
