乌东德水电站大坝围堰防渗墙施工技术

Construction technology of cut-off wall for cofferdam in Wudongde Hydropower Station

摘要: 乌东德水电站大坝围堰防渗墙厚度为1.2 m,最大深度为97.54 m,地质条件复杂,且有超大块漂石和大量陡岩存在,在该工程的围堰防渗墙深且厚,施工困难。介绍了适用于深覆盖层的围堰防渗墙施工设备及配套机具选型、造孔成槽工艺及基岩鉴定技术,包括“两钻一抓循环钻进法”、“四+二爆破法”等。实践表明,新的技术工艺为保证施工安全、加快施工进度提供了重要支持,可供同类工程参考。

Abstract: The cut-off wall, thickness of 1.2m and the maximum depth of 97.54m, of cofferdam in Wudongde Hydropower Station is characterized as complex geologic conditions such as super large boulders and steep rock under the cofferdam, so it is difficult to construct a deep and thick impervious wall on the cofferdam. In this paper, the selection of construction equipment and machinery tools, pore forming and trenching technology and bedrock identification technology are introduced, including "two drilling-one grasping cycle drilling" and "four plus two blasting". The practice shows that the new technology provides important support for ensuring the safety of construction and speeding up the construction progress.
