摘要: 钢筋缠绕钢筒混凝土压力管(BCCP)是一种由传统的预应力钢筒混凝土管改进而来的新型复合管材,具有较好的应用前景。为研究预应力损失对此种新型管道安全性的影响,借助有限元软件ABAQUS建立了三维有限元模型,考虑材料非线性,计算了不同预应力损失下BCCP达到3种极限状态对应的内水压极限值。结果表明:工作极限状态和弹性极限状态下的内水压随预应力损失量的增加而降低,而强度极限状态下的内水压随预应力损失量的增加而增加,预应力损失降低了BCCP正常工作的承载性能,但不会影响最终的屈服破坏。研究结果对该管型在工程中的应用具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract: Bar-wrapped Cylinder Concrete Pressure Pipe(BCCP) is a new type of composite pipe improved from traditional prestressed concrete cylinder pipe, and has good application prospect. In order to study the effect of prestress loss on safety, three-dimensional finite element model was set by finite element software ABAQUS. Considering material nonlinearity and different prestress loss, the internal water limit pressures under three limiting states were calculated by the model. The results showed that the internal water pressure decreases with the increase of prestress loss under working limit state and elastic limit state. However, the internal water limit pressure increases with the increase of prestress loss under strength limit state. Prestress loss can reduce the load performance of normal work, but has no effect on ultimate yield failure. The research results have some reference value for the application of this pipe in engineering.
