摘要: 乌东德水电站主变压器电压等级高、容量巨大且超出了目前已有水电站主变压器的容量,因此主变压器的选型成为工程设计中需要重点研究和解决的难点之一。针对单相变压器组、三相组合式变压器以及现场组装式变压器3种型式,从设备的制造水平、大件运输、技术性能、设备安装、维护检修及投资等多个方面进行了全面分析和方案比选。根据研究结果,最终确定选用技术成熟、质量稳定、结构简单、维护灵活的单相变压器组方案。

Abstract: In Wudongde Hydropower Station, the main transformer has high voltage levels and the largest capacity among the existing hydropower stations. Therefore, it is necessary to study the type selection of the main transformer for the design of Wudongde Hydropower Stations. We analyzed and compared single phase transformer, three-phase combined transformer and field assembly transformer in terms of manufacturing equipment, oversize component transportation, technical performance, equipment installation, maintenance and investment. At last, we selected the single phase transformer that has mature technology, stable quality, simple structure and easy maintenance.
