Abstract:

With the transformation of the work function of Armed Police Hydropower Engineering Troops, the emergency rescue becomes its important function. Taking the excavating and loading detachment as a case, the status and difficulty in emergency rescue are analyzed, and the rescue tactics principle were introduced, including applicable equipment and staff, reasonable task arrangement and full logistic support. On this basis, the strategy of rescue measures formulation and application were discussed in terms of science and technology innovation, regular exercise and resource utilization. Relevant experience can be used as reference for other detachments in emergency rescue work.
