摘要: 基于C. E. Shannon熵理论,采用信息熵和均衡度指标对玉溪市的用水结构进行了分析研究。分析结果表明:玉溪市的年均用水总量为86 533万m3,农业用水、工业用水、生活用水和生态用水的结构比例分别为59.0%、28.7%、10.0%和2.3%;全市用水总量总体上呈波动下降的趋势,农业用水量和工业用水量总体上也是呈波动下降的趋势,生活用水量为波动缓慢上升的趋势,生态用水量为波动无序的状态;全市用水结构信息熵和均衡度总体上为先上升后下降再缓慢上升的波动式变化,全市用水类别结构正在向均衡状态演变和发展;各县(区)的用水结构信息熵的差异不大,区域用水比较均衡。针对上述情势,提出了进一步调整工农业结构、落实最严格水资源管理制度等对策建议。

Abstract: Based on C.E Shannon entropy theory, the water use structure of Yuxi City in Yunnan Province is analyzed by information entropy and equilibrium index. According to the analyzed result, the optimization suggestions are put forward. The analysis results show that the annual water use in Yuxi City is 0.86533 billion m3, and the water used in agriculture, industry, livelihood and ecology account for 59.0%, 28.7%, 10% and 2.8% respectively. The total water used poses a fluctuated downward trend, the same to water use of agriculture and industry. However, it shows a slowly upward trend for domestic water use and a disorder trend in ecology. In general, the information entropy and equilibrium index of water use structure of the whole city vary in a way of increasing at first then decreasing and slowly increasing again. The water use structure is developing to an equilibrium state. The information entropy differences of various counties (districts) are small, showing a balanced regional water use structure.
