上铺子沟砂石加工系统生产性试验研究

摘要: 上铺子沟砂石加工系统是杨房沟水电站和卡拉水电站的骨料生产系统,总计需要生产成品骨料约为1 230.0万t。综合考虑工程施工特点、料源岩性及电站工程对成品骨料的质量和产量要求,系统采用“三段破碎+两级制砂” 的骨料生产工艺。详细介绍了生产工艺流程及特点,并开展了系统主要设备的生产性试验。结果表明:各级骨料生产能力满足设计要求,生产质量合格,但细骨料部分控制指标存在进一步优化提升的空间。

Abstract: As an aggregate production system for Yangfanggou Hydropower Station and Kara Hydropower Station, the sand and stone processing system at Shangpuzigou is designed to produce approximately 1230 tons of finished aggregate. Considering the construction characteristics of this project, the lithology of the material source and the requirement on the quality and output of the finished product aggregate, the aggregate production technology of "three-stage crushing and two-stage sand making" was adopted. In this paper, the production process and characteristics were introduced in detail, and the production capacity test of the main equipment was carried out. The results showed that the production capacity of aggregate at all levels met the design requirements and the production quality was up to standard, but there is space for further optimization of the control index of fine aggregate.
