川东北城市群水资源生态足迹时空变化分析

摘要: 近年来,川东北城市群经济社会得到了快速发展,水资源需求量逐年上升。为了使川东北城市群的水资源能够得到可持续利用,基于生态足迹模型,分析了2007~2016年川东北城市群水资源生态足迹的时空变化特征。结果表明:10 a间,川东北城市群人均水资源生态足迹逐年上升,由0.187 8 hm~2上升到了0.295 8 hm~2;人均水资源生态承载力受年降水量的影响波动较大(R>0.8,P<0.01);人均水资源生态盈余与人均水资源生态承载力变化趋势一致;万元GDP水资源生态足迹逐年下降,由0.274 8 hm~2下降到了0.141 4 hm~2;水资源生态压力处于安全范围内,但2015年和2016年上升明显;川东北5市的水资源生态承载力差异大,南充市2016年已出现了水资源生态赤字,水资源生态压力较大;广元、达州、巴中市的水资源生态盈余优势明显,但呈减少的趋势。根据分析结果,建义川东北城市群应加大对水利设施投入,提高各行业的用水效率,增强全社会的节水意识,促进水资源的可持续利用。

Abstract: With the rapid development of economy and society, the demand of water resources is increasing year by year. Based on the ecological footprint model, the spatial and temporal characteristics of water resource ecological footprint of urban agglomeration in Northeast Sichuan Province from 2007 to 2016 were analyzed. The results showed that the ecological footprint of water resources per-capita increased year by year, from 0.1878 hm2 to 0.2958 hm2. The ecological carrying capacity of water resources per-capita fluctuated greatly under the influence of annual precipitation(R>0.8,P<0.01). The per-capita ecological surplus of water resources was consistent with the trend of per-capita ecological carrying capacity of water resources. The ecological footprint of water resources per ten thousand yuan GDP decreased year by year, from 0.2748 hm2 to 0.1414 hm2. The ecological pressure on water resources was within a safe range, but it increased significantly in 2015 and 2016. There was a big difference in water resources ecological carrying capacity among the five cities in the northeast of Sichuan Province. In 2016, Nanchong City showed an ecological deficit and a great pressure on water resources. Guangyuan, Dazhou and Bazhong cities had obvious advantages in water resource ecological surplus, while their surplus was decreasing. It was suggested to increase investment in water conservancy facilities, improve water efficiency, enhance citizens awareness of water conservation and promote sustainable utilization of water resources in Northeast Sichuan Province.
