摘要: 针对基本粒子群算法(PSO)早熟收敛、易陷入局部极值以及投影寻踪(PP)模型最佳投影方向难以选取的不足,利用改进的PSO(IPSO)算法优化PP模型最佳投影方向,提出了IPSO-PP水资源利用效率评价模型。从“三生”用水指标中选取15个指标构建区域水资源利用效率评价指标体系,以云南省16个州市水资源利用效率评价为例进行实例研究,并构建PSO-PP模型、差分进化(DE)算法-PP模型及和声搜索(HS)算法-PP模型作对比分析模型。结果表明,IPSO算法优化PP模型获得的适应度值和最佳投影方向均优于PSO、DE和HS算法,具有较好的求解精度和全局极值能力。IPSO-PP模型对实例的评价排序结果与DE-PP模型相同,与HS-PP模型评价排序结果略有差异,与PSO-PP模型评价排序结果差异较大,表明智能算法寻优能力的强弱决定了评价精度的高低。模型及实例验证结果可为PP模型优化及其他水资源系统类综合评价提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract:

Due to the defects of PSO, such as premature convergence, tendency of falling into local minimum and the difficulty of projection pursuit (PP) model in selecting the best projection direction, the improved PSO (IPSO) algorithm is used to optimize the best projection direction of PP model and an IPSO-PP water resources utilization efficiency evaluation model is proposed. 15 indicators were selected from the water use indicators of production, domestic use and ecology to build regional water resources utilization efficiency evaluation index system of Yunnan Province. The water resources utilization efficiency evaluation of 16 cities and counties were taken as examples and the PSO-PP, differential evolution (DE) algorithm -PP, harmony search (HS) algorithm -PP model were built for comparative analysis. The results show: with better accuracy and ability of solving the global minimum value, the fitness value and best projection direction of PP model optimized by IPSO algorithm are superior to those of PSO, DE and HS algorithm. The evaluation result of the examples by IPSO-PP model is the same as that by DE-PP model, but is slightly different from the HS-PP model and quite different from PSO-PP model, which implies that the capacity of intelligent optimization determines the accuracy of evaluation. The model and the verified results of the examples can provide reference for PP model optimization and comprehensive evaluation of other water resources systems.
